welcome

If you are new to internet marketing

I am sure you will find information that is helpful to you living a healthy life style

If you take on board all of the healthy eating advice that’s flying around these days then you’d be forgiven for thinking that to eat healthily you have to eat boring foods that you really don’t like. But, is this really true? Most of us would concede that it makes perfect sense that proper nutrition plays a key role in maintaining good health, providing energy for an active life and reducing the risk of illness.Food is medicine for the body. But shouldn’t it also be good for the soul? Surely not all tasty food is bad for you? The problem, of course, is knowing exactly what to believe. There’s so much conflicting advice out there and a new piece of research seems to be published just about every week telling you of some food that’s now deemed to be bad for you. You really can be forgiven for being confused. You may only be a lay-person, but that shouldn’t stop you from exercising commonsense judgment. Here are some things to watch out for.Are the conclusions of this study based solely on trials involving animals? Animal studies alone cannot give definitive proof of nutritional effects in humans – there are just too many differences between other animals and human beings, so any results from purely animal tests can be justifiably taken with a pinch of salt.If the tests were conducted using human subjects, how many people were involved. If only a small number of test subjects were used then you can safely conclude that the results obtained are not statistically significant. Some trustworthy research suggests that five or six small meals per day rather than three large ones are better for you. So, eating little and often would seem to fit in rather better with your body’s natural cycles. And you don’t have to cut out all of the things you enjoy – in fact, if you do this, you’ll probably find it almost impossible to stick to a healthy eating plan. You cannot possibly exist for long on a boring and unappetizing diet.It is quite acceptable to over-indulge on one day just so long as you proportionately reduce your calorie intake over the next few days. Just use commonsense. You just need to become familiar with the calorific content in the foods you eat along with their nutritional values and match your overall intake to the recommended values for your gender and body type/size. This way you can enjoy your little indulgences and still keep within a calorie/ diet.nutritionally controlled
